Account Manager

Roles and Responsibilities: The Account Manager will be the primary contact person within the SLCKET organization for both business customers and free users. Responsible for obtaining branding and other deliverables from customers, and for tracking project timelines for customers’ plans. Responsible for obtaining and delivering to customers reporting data related to customers’ plans. Will communicate with users and customers through email, telephone and face-to-face.

Requirements: 1+ years’ experience in account management, project management, direct sales, business development and/or marketing. Ability to communicate with all kinds of people regardless of age, education and background. Strong organizational skills. The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. Strong written AND verbal communication skills. Attention to detail.

Skillset: MS Outlook/Word/Excel, verbal and written communication, strong understanding of the use of Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.)

Bonuses: BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
